Christopher S. Lehmann, NHA purchased Plymouth Manor Personal Care Center in September 2014 and has been an active owner/operator catering to the needs of his residents, their families, and his employees. Christopher was in a management contract with the prior owner of Plymouth Manor to handle financial management of the facility. After the purchase and with full autonomy, Christopher and his team transformed an underperforming Plymouth Manor through internal process improvement, advances in staff culture, a significant cosmetic upgrade, focus on value to the resident and family, and notable improvement to the quality of care and experience provided to residents. By December 2014, the facility had reached full occupancy with resounding positive feedback from its stakeholders.

CHARLENE R. ADAMCHICK, LPN
ADMINISTRATOR

Charlene R. Adamchick, LPN assumed the role of Administrator at Plymouth Manor in October of 2014 and immediately effected change to the nursing, dietary, activities, and housekeeping departments and promoted a culture of positivity amongst both residents and staff.  Through her dedication and leadership, residents now had a strong voice and saw demonstrable improvement to their quality of life health, and well-being.  Charlene’s tireless energy and life-of-the-party spirit inspires residents to be more active throughout the center.  Her talent for admissions and marketing led to a full census within just two months of promotion to Administrator.
